1. Who we are

PlaysMinigames.com is an entertainment website offering a collection of free mini games playable in the browser. The data controller is the site owner, reachable at contact@playsminigames.com.

2. Data we collect

We do not ask you to register or collect data that directly identifies you. To measure site traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an analytics service that does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device. It only shows us aggregated metrics, such as:

• Pages visited and referring page
• Browser type, operating system, and device
• Approximate country of origin (no identifiable IP address)
• Page load performance metrics

Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use this data to identify you, track you across sites, or build advertising profiles.

3. Data stored on your device

The site keeps your preferences and progress in your browser's local storage (localStorage): the light or dark theme, your favorite games, daily puzzle games and streaks, your records and levels, and whether you have seen each game's instructions. This information stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser. You can find the details in our Cookie Policy.

4. Purpose, legal basis, and retention

We use this data only to run the site, keep it secure, and learn which games are played so we can improve them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Local storage is strictly necessary for features you use, such as saving your progress, so it does not require consent. Data stored on your device remains until you delete it; Cloudflare's metrics are only kept in aggregated form.

5. Third-party services and transfers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which acts as our processor for hosting, content delivery, security, and analytics. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses to international transfers. Some pages link to external sites with their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices. The site does not show ads today; if it does in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

6. Children

The site is suitable for all ages and can be used without registering. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@playsminigames.com. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
